    There is no restriction on using our products even after the membership expires, but access to downloads new releases and get support are not available.

    If you are a developer and have plans to make lots of sites for your clients, Professional membership is the way to go.

    If you are starting up with XenForo and making personal sites (owned by you), Standard membership should work out great.

    We recommend Lifetime membership to get unlimited support and upgrades from us, the difference is just double price.

    How to renew my membership?

    Login to your Customer Area and you can see the options for renewal.

    If a Renewal is purchased before the membership expires, the existing expiry date is extended by the length of membership that you Renew.

    If the Renewal is purchased after the membership expires, access to our forum and download area is restored, and the expiry date will be set to the length of membership from the date of Renewal purchase.

    How many times can I use the Brivium addons & styles?

    Unlimited. You can use all available/upcoming products as many times as you wish. On Expiry of Membership you would not be able to download updates or access the support forum.

    Downloads are unlimited for the duration of your membership, meaning you can download all the styles, addons as many times as you like, at any point during your subscription. Downloads will be restricted after your membership expires.

    No. You are not allowed to re-sell Brivium styles and addons. However, you are entitled to customize Brivium styles & addons for your own or clients.

    No. You need to add and verify your domains within the membership period. The unused domains lapse with membership expiry.

    Can I customize Brivium products to suit my need?

    You are authorized to make any necessary modifications to our products to fit your needs. We do help out with minor customizations / guidance but major customizations are beyond the scope of support commitment.

    However, you may not change any part of license validate function on our products without the explicit permission of Brivium LLC.

    Do subdomains count against my site licenses?

    If the subdomain is a separate site, then it will count as an additional site license.

    For example: If you had Dizziness installed on www.brivium.com, and Vertigo on demo.brivium.com, that would be two site licenses.

    Can I use site licenses after membership expiration??

    Yes, if you have spare site licenses after your membership has expired, you can set up sites with products you have downloaded.

    However, remember that your access to Download Area is restricted after expiration, so you cannot download new files or updates.

    What is "license validation"?

    A
    To fight piracy, some products may contain online license validation. When many hours have been put into creating the wonderful products you are using, it is sad that there are people who does not respect that and use illegal methods to create their own license. At Brivium, we think that as a paying customer, you would not mind this validation, as it prevents others to enjoy the same applications for free while you paid for it. Online license validation works by sending your Forum URL, no additional or personal information will be sent. After sending the Forum URL to Brivium, the application will receive an answer from the server that indicates whether the license was purchased at Brivium or not.

    Is license validation mandatory?

    Yes, each license must be validated only one time the product is installed in the server. When you upgrade or uninstall, you do not to validate it.

    Can I transfer the product to a new domain?

    Yes, you can change the registered domain to any other domains, but only once by submitting a ticket to Technical Department.

    May I use the same license on more than one domain?

    It depends on what you choose. We offer you 2 packages of product:
    - Standard Membership Package: The registered domains per standard Membership’s vary depending on the length of your membership. You can change the registered domain to any other domains, but only once by submitting a ticket to Technical Department. Sub domain (name.yourdomain.com) and the main domain (yourdomain.com) will be considered as 2 others domain.
    - Professional Membership Package: The holders give the right to run unlimited instances of any add-ons, styles or any other products on any domain. Licensed domains are unlimited! This is of course good for full time individual web design developers/companies. The Professional Membership License can be understood as the authorization to use any Brivium LLC add-ons/styles/products for clients/3rd parties. This license is a perfect option if you are independent Website designers/developers/companies who want to use or develop Brivium add-ons/styles/products for your clients

    How many times can I reinstall the production on the same domain?

    There is no limit on how many times you can reinstall our products on the licensed domain: you can do that any time you want.

    How often is license validation going to be performed?

    The license needs to be validated only when you install it for the first time. It does not need validation during the normal use of the product. Or when you upgrade or uninstall, you do not to validate it.

    The only requirement is that your web server is connected to the Internet during the validation.

    Normally, our system delivers Welcome email with detailed informations instantly after a SUCCESSFUL payment. Though there are times when the payment is withheld by payment gateways or network issues, we then have to review and process it manually. If you have not received welcome email, just Contact us and we will take care of it,

    Note :
    - ECHECKs (Paypal) take 3-4 days.

    How to cancel my recurring payment?

    A
    Both our Standard Memberships and Professional Memberships are automatic recurring payments. That means that when your subscription is finished, you are automatically charged again. We have done our best to make the clear to you before you make your purchase.

    If for some reason you wish to discontinue your membership(s) you are free to do so. How you go about this depends on how you made your purchase in the first place:

    Step 1
    Sign in to your PayPal account and click the "Profile" link at the top of the page.

    Step 2
    Click "My money" from the left sidebar and then click the "Update" link in the "My preapproved payments" section.

    Step 3
    Select "Active" from the drop-down list next to "Filter status by" and then click the "Go" button to view a list of the active recurring payments.

    Step 4
    Click the name of the merchant to which the recurring payments are being made to view the details.

    Step 5
    Click the "Cancel" link next to "Status" and then click the "Yes" button to confirm that you want to cancel the recurring payment. A confirmation screen is shown if the payment is successfully canceled.

    Then your subscription will not renew and your membership will end at the end of the current cycle.
