Hello there. I am wondering if there is a way to deal with departments without being forced to create custom usergroups. For example we can't even have a custom name for it, having to rename our usergroups, etc... Why is this working like this? What's the best way to setup departments currently?
My point is, i want to like, have a department people can choose, to Ban Appeals, so it also triggers custom fields for necessary information. But, the addon is currently forcing me to create a whole new usergroup, assign all moderation/administration staff to it, so it could be dealt with, otherwise we won't even see the ticket. This is, why not enable departments that at least gather both administrator and moderator usergroup for such tickets?
