    It would be nice if you below could insert an extra profile picture left or right on the cover.

    I don't totally understand your requirement. As my understanding, your highlighting picture is user's avatar. Why do you want an extra profile picture ?

    Only in the profile, but because there are users who would like to have a profile picture what does not appear in posts, etc.
