You can set a Department by accessing to Admin > Support Ticket > Departments > Create New Department. Regards,
Yep I know that part bit but is there anyway to set a default department in the dropdown? For example I only have one department and it would be cool if it was already selected rather than a blank box. Equally if I had two departments I might want to set one as the default . Many thanks a

That's really cool thanks Just one quick question. If I upgrade will it over write all the phrases? I have customised a lot of them and it will be a real pain to have to do it again. Many thanks

Ok the default department seems to have caused a little problem with the custom questions... They don't appear anymore. I guess that the selection of the department triggered the correct questions to be displayed. If you add another department it does work just another little thing... When you edit a ticket the default department isn't selected either. many thanks
