Just to update... I uninstalled and re-installed the addon and it seems to be working fine at the moment.
I didn't know this add-on existed. I think i will buy it. Actually this add-on and bulk alert converstion together make 2 good add-ons. I can mass send conversations to everyone and i can see which users read it. There is many lurkers in my forum. Gonna buy it now
Hello @racersimage . I have a question about this add-on. Have you tested this add-on? You have 2 accounts on forum and you send each other message? I made 2 fake accounts. I sent each other a message. But i do not receive an alert that user have read your message. But what is strange. Is if i return to read the message again. Then the alert will appear. So the problem is i only receive an alert if i return to read the message again. Do this happen to you? Have you tested it?
I tried on my Real Forum & Test Forum. Both forums happens. I will make thread about this. I think it's a bug.
I had installed it on my live forum. I notice that sometimes I will not get an alert even when someone replies to my conversation message so I know that they have read it. Other times I get duplicate alerts. Very odd, but it half works!
