    Hi,

    I've updated to the lastest version yesterday. (If my memory serves me right from version 1.2.0)

    Since that update creating new tickets is no longer possible. The server gives me the following error:
    Code:
    Mysqli prepare error: Unknown column 'custom_support_ticket_fields' in 'field list'
    Zend_Db_Statement_Mysqli->_prepare() in Zend/Db/Statement.php at line 115
