I get the error "invalid information" when installing the xml file from the package. i have re-downloaded the files and re-uploaded them twice, so it's not a problem on my end, but i suspect the xml file is broken. I just purchased this plugin and need to get it running asap. Any help would be very much appreciated.
Could you please allow me access your FTP server and XenForo admin by submitting a ticket to our Support Department to check in case you missed anything? Otherwise I really can't do very much from outside of your system. Can you just simple provide login credential then I can do a quick check? Thanks!
