    Hello dear Brivium team!

    I get a error when rebuilding the "Search Index"

    Fatal error: Call to undefined method Brivium_SupportTicketSystem_Model_SupportTicket::getSupportTicketByIds() in /home/dayzgame/public_html/library/Brivium/SupportTicketSystem/Search/DataHandler/SupportTicket.php on line 81

    Any idea how to fix that?

    UPDATE: deleted the files manually and re-installed and it seems fixed ;)
