Image not visible in status, help

    I just purchased this addon because my members need it. I have been struggling for more than four hours trying to fix the issue with the image not showing in status.

    In options, image is set to full but not visible. When i set image to thumbnail, it is visible. But i dont want thumbnail, i want full image. Please help
