I decided to learn some programming. I was lazy last year but this year i decide i will work hard.

I will learn programming for 30 minutes everyday. I will not miss any day!

I have been learning HTML, CSS, PHP 30 minutes everyday. So far it is going well.

So far I think HTML and CSS are EASY. But PHP is much HARDER....

Here is how i am doing so far...

I decided to write down my progress because this way i will not be so lazy.

I have learned to speak foreign languages but i think learning foreign languages is easy for me, but i never learned a computer language,

is learning computer language more difficult than a foreign language?

What about everyone else? How many hours a day do you spend a day learning.

I will return here on September 14th, 2016 to report my progress.

Wish me luck!!! I want to see if i am smart enough to become a developer,

i tried to learn php first, but the problem was they used alot of html in their examples,

so i have to learn html, then the problem was they used alot of css in their example, so now i have to learn css as well,

now i have many languages to learn,

but now the problem is my brain doesn't learn all these things fast enough, i must spend hours and hours learning this,

it makes me mad, our brain cannot learn fast enough,

why can't i upload php language to my brain, then don't have to spend many hours learning!!

it will be better when i can upload languages to my brain,

    upload during sleep time!!

the human brain is not so good!! i want a computer brain.

why oh why am i born in this year, it is a punishment!!

i want to be born in future!!! not now!!

@joey_tbf Perhaps you should learn English before attempting anything else. I find a lot of grammatical errors in your posts. If you fail at that...well...chances are you will....

HTML is very easy. You don't need to take a lot of time on it.
Next is CSS. Learn how to "re-positon" something..
for example.. margin, padding, float, positon, background, color...
then PHP... PHP is kinda hard.. Since I have a knowledge about c++. c# and vb.net.. I can understand some functions on php.

I started learning PHP last week and I made a simple music/lyrics site.

well.. almost of my functions are copy/pasted but somehow. I learned some of them.

I heard c++ is really hard that it requires a lot of math equations and that you should have a good knowledge of Algebra.

I think i won't learn it, my math skills aren't so good. I will just learn php.

I miss the days of geocities, it was easy to make a website with geocities. Just Drag & Drop

I don't know why they don't make a program where we can just drag and drop and customize websites like geocities.

Instead of manually inputting each settings. It's really time consuming. Same with php.

Your website looks good, i havent made anything that complicated yet,

Well, my math knowledge is still sh*t. I don't do complicated things like matrix etc, etc.
Once you started creating a website you'll learn a lot :D

I started jumping when my simple website got finished. :D

And I'm not too creative so, I copied some styles... =]

if you could upload something to your brain then you must be able to delete it. and , what will happen if you mis-delete something from your brain?

:D it's the xenforo style admin, i've always copied websites in my past, it's a good way to start learning,

that's so cool, i didn't think that website uses php, i thought it was all made by html and css

good job, i want to be as good as you

Definately PHP is harder than html or css, it's the only real programming language out there. HTML is a structural markup language, while CSS is a presentational styling language. The only real obstacle to writing REAL HTML will be learning semantics - which means that actually paying attention in English (or whatever your native language is) will actually pay off. The only real problem with learning CSS will be browser quirks - and as far as learning it, I place the blame for that squarely on the authors of the books and tutorials.
