I recently installed this ticket system. However, its not adding anything to the navigation or the footer. I have no way of getting to the ticket system or knowing what the URL is. Can you provide me the url the ticket system would be under if I had friendly URLs enabled? I'm also getting the below error message: Error Info ErrorException: Fatal Error: Call to undefined method XenForo_Model_User::brstsGetUserGroupsByUsersInRange() -library/Brivium/SupportTicketSystem/Deferred/Member.php:20 Generated By: Jube, 10 minutes ago Stack Trace #0 [internal function]: XenForo_Application::handleFatalError() #1 {main} Request State array(3) { ["url"] => string(52) "http://(removed).com/admin.php?add-ons/install" ["_GET"] => array(1) { ["add-ons/install"] => string(0) "" } ["_POST"] => array(3) { ["server_file"] => string(0) "" ["_xfConfirm"] => string(1) "1" ["_xfToken"] => string(8) "********" } }
Dear Sir/Madam, Please try to upload override all files at Upload folder to your forum root and install this addon again. Regards,
I reinstalled it as you suggested. However, the tab is still not appearing on the homepage. What should the URL be if I enabled friendly URL?
You should grant permission for specific usergroup and set the option at Admincp > Options > Brivium - Support Ticket System. Regards,
I am getting this error message when I set the knowledge page as the default page: Error Info ErrorException: Fatal Error: Call to undefined method Brivium_SupportTicketSystem_Model_SupportTicket::canViewKnowledge() -library/Brivium/SupportTicketSystem/EventListeners/Listener.php:23 Generated By: Jube, A moment ago Stack Trace #0 [internal function]: XenForo_Application::handleFatalError() #1 {main} Request State array(3) { ["url"] => string(27) "http://(removed).com/" ["_GET"] => array(0) { } ["_POST"] => array(0) { } }
Dear Valkyrie, Thanks for your report. An upgrade version (solve your issue) will be released today. Thanks for your patience. Regards,
