    Hi there.

    I'm old user of brivium support tickets.

    Some time ago, i have change my forum from xenforo to Invision. But now I wants to go back to Xenforo.

    When we use Support Tickets on Xenforo, is that possible to have departaments and fields in multilanguage?

    Something like: If user is using forum in English, departament name shows "Support and Contact" and if user using Spanish, departament name shows "Soporte y Contacto".

    The same for fields.

    Is that possible?

    Thank for using our product for your board,
    Currently, we're using XenForo's User Groups for departments, so it is imposible with multilanguages with departments.
    And about Ticket Fields, you can change title and description by edit phrase with prefix BRSTS_field_ + field_id
