Made this same post on Xenforo, but thought I should post on here in case you find it here quicker. Made a Gif of the problem I'm having. This award appears on all users, but isn't an award. It shows up with the ? mark, but when you hover over it, the trophy bar disappears. EDIT: This now happens with any trophies. It only happens though when hovering on other users accounts. If you do this to yourself, nothing happens. Suggestion. Have the ability to choose what trophies should be awards, and which should be actual trophies.
