    Hi
    I would like to know if there is anyway that we can restrict what departments users can see based on permissions in each department.

    I have tried to revoke Submit Ticket to certain departments for certain user groups.

    any help would be great.

    Sure

    Say i have the following Departments
    • Issues
    • Complaints
    • Appeals
    • General
    and the following can only be seen by a group called Gamers
    • Appeals
    So only members in the group gamers can see the department above when submitting a ticket on select department

    You can do the following steps below and check again:

    For Group Gamers permission you can set:
    • Use support ticket: Yes
    • Open support ticket: Yes
    • View support ticket by anyone: Yes
    For Issues, Complaints, General Department permission: you can set group Gamers permission
    • Use support ticket: Revoke
    • Open support ticket: Revoke
    • View support ticket by anyone: Revoke
