Since our Support Ticket supports importing emails into support tickets as well as replying to tickets by replying on emails. It helps users can open and reply to tickets via email without access to login XenForo. Let's start by configuration your support tickets email piping. Go to ACP > Support Ticket > Email Piping > List Email Piping > Create New Email Piping. At here you need to add email address and password and the email address assigned to each deparment. (Notes that you can create multiple email addresses for each department and reversed.) Once the piping is setup, test email piping by sending an email to your email piping address. If a new ticket is created email piping has been setup correctly.
