Hello @Brivium , Do you have a plan to make an integration of Support Ticket system with Credit System? I want to charge my user if he creates a new ticket in predefined department. For example, if he needs a fast response then he may open a ticket in Quick Help Department. User will be notify that he will be charged for some credits for this action. In the same way, i want to reward if a user open a ticket in another predefined department. I can choose whether to reward or to charge or to freely open a ticket. Is it a good idea? Anyone interested to support this suggestion? Thanks!
