Hello @Brivium , Do you have a plan to make an integration of Support Ticket system with Credit System? I want to charge my user if he creates a new ticket in predefined department. For example, if he needs a fast response then he may open a ticket in Quick Help Department. User will be notify that he will be charged for some credits for this action. In the same way, i want to reward if a user open a ticket in another predefined department. I can choose whether to reward or to charge or to freely open a ticket. Is it a good idea? Anyone interested to support this suggestion? Thanks!
I don't own the Support Ticket System add-on but i support your request because i think every add-on should be integrated with the credits add-on. The credits add-on is the reason i'm here. If more add-ons use the credits system. I will buy more add-ons.
