    Support Ticket System 1.3.0 has been released with improvement, new feature and bug fix.

    - Added custom field feature for support ticket (supported PHP callback).
    - Predefined replies can contain some variables to quick print:
    • [TICKET_USER] - prints the ticket submitter's name.
    • [BOARD_TITLE] - prints the board title.
    • [SUPPORT_USER] - prints the supporter name who is replying.
    - Added few options for support department:
    • Only registered member can open ticket with this department.
    • Hide this department from submitter, only display for reassign.
    - Send email and alert when close or re-open support ticket.
    - Added display option for support ticket link.
    - Supported responsive layout.
    - Fixed bug with ticket escalation time elapsed.
    - Minor bug fixes.
