    Support Ticket System 2.0.0 has been released with improvement, new feature and bug fix.

    For more details on this update, please find at its changelog below and don't forget to always back up your site before proceeding to the update process.

    IMPORTANT NOTES: You should grant permissions for each usergroup and department permissions for each group after upgrading.

    - Added ticket owner changing function.
    - Added statistics (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) for Support Ticket.
    - Support Departments now seperated from XenForo User Groups.
    - Added Department Permissions.
    - Added Ticket Message History.
    - Added Support Ticket Statistics Reporter (daily, weekly, monthly) by email.
    - Added Support Ticket Filters.
    - Added Support Ticket Moderator Log.
    - Fixed bug position not re-count after delete ticket message. You need Rebuild Support Ticket Information / Rebuild position and Post counters.
    - Fixed bug ticket status not change after delete last message.
    - Bug fixes and perfomance improvements.
