The field 'br_profile_image' was not recognised

    Hi, thanks for the add-on. I'm facing an issue: whenever a user tries to upload a profile cover, I get the error:

    The field 'br_profile_image' was not recognised
    The field 'br_cropy' was not recognised

    I checked the code but couldn't figure out the issue. In my database, in xf_user table, br_profile_image and br_cropy columns exist. What might me the problem? Is this add-on still supported? Thanks.

    Hello,

    Please submit a ticket to Technical Department which contains an admin account to check in case you missed anything? Otherwise, I really can't do very much from outside of your system.
