    2 Tickets has been closed, and 1 already answered. But in Support Ticket menu still sown 3 in read color. Why?

    Could you please tell me that 2 closed tickets was being closed by Escalation rule or close manually ?

    It is closed manually.

    IMO, support Ticket numbers should be 0 because all the ticket has been answered.
