No status and tickets not updating - seems all those updates messed with it completely.

Your ticket status doesn't appear because all of statuses are being removed. I've just added all of them for you, so you can check at (admin.php?brsts-statuses/)
Thanks a lot for this help - however we never deleted any status - what we did is deleting files from the add on because it had other problems after the updates.
I will remove my "bad" review - not entirely sure how the status works but maybe consider including them into any new update - if thats possible.

Is there any way you could add that our support can mark the ticket "On Hold".
Like a option to manually set the ticket status?
I've just sorted your issue out by changing setting for On Hold status on Include in Active Tickets & Include in Awaiting Reply.
