    Hi,

    I met an error after using this add-ons for some months.I want to uninstall or disable it but cannot.
    The message received:
    • Callback Brivium_MetadataEssential_Installer::install is invalid (Invalid Class).
    • Callback Brivium_MetadataEssential_Installer::uninstall is invalid (Invalid Class)
    Please advise any solution.

    I meaned I have purchased this for some months, it worked smoothly at that time. However, now it get some errors and I want to uninstall it. And I cannot uninstall with the error message:
    • Callback Brivium_MetadataEssential_Installer::install is invalid (Invalid Class).
    • Callback Brivium_MetadataEssential_Installer::uninstall is invalid (Invalid Class)

    I have uninstalled this add-on and it still normally. If you have purchased this add-on. You can submit a ticket to Technical Department which contains your paypal email & transaction ID? Our Developer will check your issue.

    Could you please allow me access your FTP server and XenForo admin to check in case you missed anything? Otherwise I really can't do very much from outside of your system. Can you just simple provide login credential on your opened ticket ?
