    Hi,

    I have given my "administrative" group the ability to modify ticket status. Yet I am unable to do so from within the ticket. I am also, as an administrator unable to CREATE a ticket. Yet I can see other people's tickets, reply to them and even close them.

    Please make sure that your administrative group is a support department and you've granted permisison Edit support ticket status for this usergroup.

    The user has Administrative as a primary group, and a secondary group that has those permissions. Any other ideas?

    It should be Registered as a Primary group and Secondary group that has those permissions.

    The user has been modified to fit this criteria, yet he is still unable to change the status.
